With the Pixum Service App you can always stay updated on the status of your order. You can see when the order is in production or if it has already been sent. Once your order has been sent as parcel you can track it on its journey to your house. It is furthermore possible to get the updates via Push-notifications, we will send you updates about... ...your order has been recieved. ...once we begin production of your order. ...when we have dispatched your order. If you have any questions, problems or comments you can also reach our Pixum Service Team via email through the app. Additionally, use the Pixum Service App to change your user data and password.
